Both ends of the friction arm feature a 3/8"-16 threaded stud; one can be fitted to the included Nano Clamp, while the other side can be used for holding various types of gear or accessories. The micro friction arm can hold up to 6.6 lb and can be easily installed using the included hex key. - 244 Micro Friction Arm Mount an off-camera flash, LED light, or monitor to a tripod, stand, or bar with the Manfrotto 244 Micro Friction Arm. The arm features one 1/4"-20 threaded stud and one 3/8"-16 stud; one can be fitted to a clamp or mounting device, while the other side can be used for holding various types of gear or accessories.
