It extends from 17.5" to 65" and weighs 3.1 lb. The tripod's five leg-sections are secured via flip locks.
The attached 3-way pan/tilt head has two ergonomic handles that fold on top of each other to save space when the tripod is not in use. One handle controls the panning and vertical tilt, while the other controls the horizontal tilt. An included quick-release plate attaches to your camera via a 1/4"-20 threaded screw. A padded carrying bag is also included to protect your tripod during transport. Thanks to its lightweight technopolymer body reinforced with extremely stiff glass fibers, the plate can stay attached to your camera without adding excessive weight or volume.
The rubber used on this product provides even greater grip than previous models, keeping the camera securely attached and reducing camera twist.
