Product description Designed to bring vintage Marshall Amplification tone to your electric guitar, the Astoria Dual AST2C is a dual-channel 30W RMS combo sporting a 1x12" Celestion Creamback speaker. While its built-in speaker provides 75W RMS of power, the amplifier itself is capable of powering 4-, 8-, or 16-Ohm external cabinets. This tube-driven combo offers you two channels, one for clean tones and one for overdrive, with the option of utilizing a pull-knob or an included footswitch to change between the two. In addition to its three-band EQ, the AST2C features an edge control for presence and several pull-knobs to expound further upon tonal versatility: Pull-Body thickens your sound by adding a +8 dB shelved low-frequency boost at 120 Hz and below, while Pull-Power reduction reduces the total output from 30W to 5W, thereby enabling you to produce softer, warmer tones. Two separate instrument inputs—one high and one low—provide flexibility in dealing with different types of pickups, and an effects loop located on the rear panel allows you to patch in your external gear. Furthermore, every element of the turret board has been handwired in England's Marshall factory to ensure the most efficient signal path. A footswitch, power-cable, and dust-cover are included with this amplifier. - Edge
- This function regulates the high-frequency content of the power-amp stage, allowing for further tonal shaping
