Product description The Marshall V-1255-C/CS is a high-resolution color board camera for custom installations and covert applications. This model has the C/CS-lens mount for a wide variety of lenses. There are various features for setting shutter, iris, backlight and gain. The recommended power supply, the V-PS12, is sold separately. - 450 Lines of Resolution
- The V-1255-C/CS is a 1/3-inch CCD miniature video capture device with a complete set of picture controls for a variety of shooting environments. It outputs 450 lines of resolution from its RCA connector to almost any monitor or VCR. It also has controls for shutter to stop fast motion, gain for very low light environments and white balance controls to keep colors consistent in changing lighting situations.
- C-Mount Lens Feature
- The most universal lens mounting type for industrial cameras is the C/CS-mount. Both are screw-on type lens mounts. The C-mount has a 17.55 mm flange focal lenght. The CS integrates a 12.5 mm flange lenght. With a simple 5mm spacing adapter which is included, both lens types work with these cameras. And the selection of lenses is vast, from ultra-wide to super long, even zoom lenses exist in these formats. You will most probably be limited to conditions related to mounting location and how concealed the camera must remain.
- Other Configurations
- The V-1255-C/CS is so versatile that Marshall offers the same basic board camera with a built-in (non-detatchable) 4mm f/2.5 lens that is adequate for many monitoring needs. Another choice for this high quality video capture device is the V-1255-BNC which is a complete camera with a protective housing, mounting plate and the 4mm f/2.5 lens.
