Product description Providing automated signal conversion from SDI to HDMI, the Marshall Electronics VAC-12SH 3G-SDI/HD-SDI to HDMI Converter with Loop-Through SDI Output is a compact unit that supports converting video with embedded audio from SDI to HDMI with embedded audio. It supports NTSC, PAL, HD, and 3G signals, and it auto-detects the input signal from conversion without requiring you to a select from dip switches or navigation menus.
The converter features two outputs: the converted HDMI signal output with embedded 48KHz audio and a loop-through 3G-SDI output. This allows you to use a display with an HDMI input to monitor your signal while maintaining an SDI signal path. Each output is re-clocked to preserve the maximum transmission distance of your signal. A 5 VDC power supply is included with the item. - Auto signal detection allows the device to function without your input; what goes in as SDI comes out as HDMI.
- The unit supports audio embedded in the input SDI signal and re-embeds the audio in the HDMI output.
- LED indicators for power and signal lock indicate that the unit has power and is receiving an active signal.
- The unit supports HDMI Deep Color.
