Product description Offering composite, S-video, component, DVI, VGA, and HDMI source switching, the Marshall Electronics VSW-1000 Presentation Switcher can accept input from nearly any conventional video source. Whether you want to incorporate a VCR, a computer, a DVD player, or a video game console into your A/V presentation setup, the VSW-1000 can easily accommodate. Outputs include dual HDMI terminals and a composite video + RCA audio output. Screen resolutions up to UHD 4K are supported via the HDMI outputs; great for large screen presentations of high-resolution content. Video with lower resolution can also be upscaled to 4K on output.Every video input supports audio. Composite and S-video share RCA audio inputs, DVI and VGA can embed audio from SPDIF or a stereo analog 3.5mm input, and HDMI supports embedded audio, up to eight channels. Audio can be embedded and output into the HDMI signal, or separately via RCA or SPDIF.All functionality of the VSW-1000 can be controlled via the OSD menu and with the included IR remote control. An RS-232 port can be used for professional A/V integration setups with software control. For rack installation, a rack ear set is included. The VSW-1000 fits into a single standard rack space.
