Product description The MASELEC MTC-1X is a rack-mountable 3 RU analog stereo mastering transfer console designed to deliver flexible routing and uncompromising signal quality for mastering engineers in personal and commercial studios. It features four switchable analog inputs, six switchable stereo inserts, and two sets of stereo speaker outputs, all on gold-plated XLR 3-pin connectors.With a bevy of adjustable options including low- and high-cut input filters, a mid-side circuit, and additive routing (for parallel processing), the MTC-1X offers powerful signal manipulation. The adjustable elliptical filter and stereo width controls provide impactful changes to the image of your mix. Connect two sets of speakers and use the monitor offset gain to avoid level changes when switching between them. All controls on the MTC-1X are stepped for easy, reliable recall. - Four switchable stereo inputs—inputs 1 and 2 feed the input, inserts, and output sections
- Selectable polarity and adjustable low- and high-cut filters for inputs 1 and 2
- Six insert in/out switches with equipment flipping for inserts 1-2 and 4-5
- Post O.P. switch moves insert 6 after the output section for easy configuration of a brick-wall limiter (available separately)
- Parallel processing is possible via Ins 4 Mix function—either crossfade between the processed and non-processed signals, or add insert 4 or inserts 2-4 to the main signal
- Selectable Mid-Side mode converts the signal in the first insert to Mid-Side (sum and difference) and gain adjustment of the difference signal
- The adjustable elliptical filter cuts out-of-phase signals and converts non-correlated signal components to mono
- Stereo width allows modification of the image from mono to extra-wide stereo without altering the mono signal
- Monitor signal from any of the four input sources or at the input or output section
- Select between two sets of speakers and level match them via the monitor offset gain control
- All controls are stepped for easy recall
- Rack-mountable enclosure occupies 3 RU of rack space
