Product description The MAX 720 Pipe Adapter from Matthews is used to put standard 1.25" speed rail at the end of your MAX Menace boom arm. It accepts any length pipe and rotates 360° at the point of attachment with the MAX and with the speed rail. The adapter is useful for mounting multiple light fixtures from the same MAX Menace Arm or creating an offset to turn corners, position a light through a window without seeing the boom arm, and other scenarios where a greater degree of angle adjustment is required. Additionally, you can pair the adapter with the MAX Dropdown for an unlimited degree of compound angle configurations.
Note: Caution must be taken to insure safe rigging; rigging should only be performed by a qualified grip. Proper use of weight distribution to evenly balance the pipe setup is of extreme importance, and special attention must be paid to the counterbalance requirements and maximum recommended payload of the MAX Menace.
