Product description Optimized for low-light and long-range use, the Meopta 6-24x56 ZD RD Riflescope is outfitted with a large oversized objective and the proprietary MeoBright lens multi-coating system to deliver bright and clear views with accurate color and improved contrast and clarity at all magnifications. Threads in front of the objective lens accept filters, like polarized and neutral density, to enhance and improve views and image clarity in extreme conditions such as on snowy fields or on/near water during duck season. Its partially illuminated reticle, located on the second focal plane, provides a clearly defined aiming aid in bright or dim light, and with more that 500 individual reticle intensities to choose from, users can select the brightness whether they are shooting in broad daylight or out on a nighttime hog hunt. Posi-click finger-adjustable MeoTrak II turrets deliver precise adjustments with easy repeatability with tactile and audible clicks that ensure accurate adjustments and return-to-zero in the field. With a 0.1 MIL per click impact point correction and a wide 24 MIL adjustment range on the elevation turret, users will enjoy precise shot adjustment with the ability to accurately compensate for ballistic drop at extreme long ranges. To withstand the rigors of the outdoors, the housing is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy, treated with a scratch-resistant hard anodized finish. A large diameter maintube not only complements the oversized objective to maximize light transmission through the optical system, it also adds the recoil strength required when mounting the scope on high-caliber rifles used in long-range hunting. - Optical Performance
