Product description The Meridian Technologies MR-HG-3FC Digitally Encoded Multi-rate 3G-SDI Receiver is a reliable, cost effective digital video converter that receives fiber optic signals and decodes them to 3G-SDI. This module has the ability to receive (1) signal using the SM (Singlemode) fiber optic connector and is compatible with HD-SDI signals as well.
Features include real-time uncompressed reception for up to more than 18 miles (30km) with support for multiple SMPTE formats. The small size can easily fit on the back of a camera. The system is ideal for a wide variety of video applications, including remote broadcast camera links, sporting events, media feeds, video production studios, and military information displays. - Reception of multi-rate 3G-SDI and HD-SDI (19 Mbps to 2.97 Gbps).
