Product description The matched pair of satin nickel Microtech Gefell M 930 mics includes two large-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphones designed for accurate, pleasing reproduction of vocals and instruments for live stage applications and home, project, and commercial recording studios. Additionally, two mic holders and an X/Y stereo bracket are supplied for easy positioning in stereo configurations. Each M 930 utilizes a pressure-gradient design and cardioid polar pattern to offer enhanced rejection of off-axis sounds. Transformerless circuitry yields only 7 dBA of noise and contributes to a high dynamic range of 135 dB.The 40 Hz to 18 kHz frequency response features a gentle rise from 7 to 11 kHz for enhanced presence. An XLR 3-pin output with gold-plated contacts ensures standardized connectivity and 48 VDC phantom powering provides battery-free operation. - Cardioid polar pattern exhibits a high degree of rejection for sounds impinging from the rear of the microphone
- Electronic impedance converter reduces noise floor while raising the maximum output capability
