Product description The Middle Atlantic CBS-ERK-28 Skirted Caster Base hides wheels for an improved aesthetic appearance. The skirted caster bases add 3.8" to the overall rack height. Each base comes with its wheels pre-installed. They are commercial grade, heavy duty, and non-locking 3" swivel wheels. Lastly, the CBS-ERK-28 is made of a steel construction with black powder coat finish. - Skirted base protects caster area
