Product description Designed to be used as a portable or mobile radio, the 75-822 40-Channel 2-in-1 CB Radio with Weather Alerts from Midland features an easy-to-read backlit LCD display with quick access to emergency channel 9 and information channel 19. This 4W radio has two knobs for quick adjustments of volume and squelch control, as well as channels with the up/down buttons. To make channel switching quicker, the radio features five individual memory channel buttons (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5). This radio can either be used as a mobile radio by using the included mobile adapter, or as a portable radio with the included antenna and battery pack. The radio runs on six AA batteries or eight AA rechargeable batteries (all available separately). For increased range and reception quality, an external antenna (available separately) can be mounted to the top of your vehicle. - 40-channel CB radio with built-in microphone and speaker
