This pair of radios comes license-free, require no FCC license, and support 36 channels including 14 special channels complete with preassigned privacy codes. Furthermore, the radio operator can take advantage of built-in support for NOAA Weather Alerts, Hi/Lo power operation, and eVox for hands-free operation.
