Product description The Milestone 3-Year Opt-In Support For XProtect Professional Camera License is a software upgrade plan for your existing XProtect Professional VMS camera license that lapsed in SUP coverage. The camera license provides support for a single camera attached to your system. Each camera requires a SUP for your system to remain up to date.
Please note that your original camera license does not expire; however, support for upgrades and updates requires an active SUP, which this support license provides if you allowed your previous SUP to expire or if you did not purchase a SUP with your original base license. Note: This item requires the prior purchase of Milestone software. Purchasers will be contacted by a customer service representative to confirm the serial license codes of the required software. - Required when you wish to add software upgrade support after the lapse of a previous SUP, or if you never purchased an SUP.
- Provides software upgrade support for a (not included) camera, new or pre-existing, connected to your existing XProtect VMS system for 3 years.
