Product description The charcoal TrailScape 18L Backpack from MindShift Gear is a versatile bag designed to comfortably and securely carry your mobile photo studio. The spacious main compartment features an adjustable partition system that can fit a large DSLR with an attached 70-200mm lens, two additional zoom lenses, and a shoe mount flash or an additional lens. Users of mirrorless camera systems can fit up to eight lenses along with a camera, plus a flash or an additional lens, as well as a backup camera.
Access to the main compartment is provided by a front-facing zippered panel with a 180° downward opening. Along the inside of that zippered panel are two zippered, mesh organizer pockets which can be used to hold hard drives, portable batteries, camera filters, or small electronics. Integrated within the main compartment's zippered panel is a front-facing, zippered accessory pocket. This pocket includes both a dedicated laptop compartment and a dedicated tablet computer pocket that can accommodate a 13" laptop and a 10" tablet computer respectively; while a tablet computer placed inside its pocket is further secured by a hook-and-loop tab. The accessory pocket also includes multiple organizational pockets for pens, business cards, or tools. An additional 6L of capacity can be used for books, notepads, or packable clothing. In front of the accessory pocket is a small pocket for items that need to be accessed quickly and conveniently, such as a pair of sunglasses or a smartphone with up to a 5.5" screen.
The TrailScape 18L Backpack can be carried using its built-in top handle, or by its adjustable, padded shoulder straps which, along with the outside rear surface, feature a resilient and breathable 3D mesh padding that cushions the wearer's back and shoulders. The padding's elevated structure optimizes air circulation, minimizing perspiration in warm and hot environments. For heavy loads, this backpack's adjustable sternum strap and removable waist belt can be used to more evenly distribute the weight being carried, while the contoured back panel provides lumbar support. Along both sides of the TrailScape 18L Backpack are two large, stretchable pockets with side-compression straps that can each hold and secure a 32 oz water bottle. Alternatively, the pockets can be used to hold a tripod, monopod, or trekking pole; each can be secured using the side-compression strap located above the pocket.
Featuring a durable nylon and polyester construction, the TrailScape 18L Backpack is built to be weather-resistant, and it includes a seam-sealed cover for use under heavy rain. Along with the side-compression straps, four gear loops on the face of the front panel allow for extra items to be clipped or tied to this bag's surface, while each zipper features a pull cord for easy opening under wet or cold conditions. -
