Anti-reflection multi-coatings on all optical surfaces and phase-correcting prism coatings work together to produce improve low-light performance and help to produce high-contrast images that are bright and clear with accurate color rendition. The moderate magnification helps to reduce the appearance of the natural hand-shake that is common with holding binoculars for long periods of time, and its close minimum focus distance comes in at just under five feet so you can make detailed observations on feeding birds or butterflies with ease.Designed to withstand the rigors of a life lived outdoors, the chassis is constructed of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy, with a black rubberized armor to help give you a slip-resistant grip — especially in cold or wet conditions.
