There is only one twist lock which makes setup very fast. It can also be used as an extension pole by removing the rubber foot to reveal a 1/4"-20 threaded mount for attaching a GoPro or similar camera. - On-Pole Tripod Mount
- A female 1/4"-20 threaded mount is located on the grip, allowing you to mount the MoGoPod on another support, or add accessories onto the monopod.
