It can be used to capture audio in several environments for applications such as vocals, voice-overs, broadcast TV, piano, orchestral recordings, and more.Technical Grammy Award-winning designer David Royer has created a modern tube microphone that features an original NOS 5840 tube, a 251-style capsule, and a custom-designed transformer built by Coast Magnetics. The result is a sweet and airy, top-end sounding, "you-are-there" realism in the midrange, and an accurate yet authoritative bottom end.Furthermore, the tube microphone can be remotely controlled and has a continuously variable polar-pattern selector on the power supply. Some other features include: Switchable 15 db pad, bass roll-off; internal switchable power supply; Mogami cables and Neutrik connectors.Finally, the microphone comes with a carrying case, power supply, shockmount and cables. - Remote Control
