• Demi 22" "Beauty Dish" Soft Lite Reflector (White) The Mola Demi 22" "Beauty Dish" Reflector has a unique patented design that captures and focuses light with maximum efficiency. It is shaped to intercept all paths of light, no matter which direction they leave the flash tube, and redirect them toward the subject. This is a big improvement on most square boxlights, which can only focus a portion of the light available. This is the Demi, 22" model with a white reflective surface. This black Mola Polycarbonate 20° Grid for Demi 22" V2 Reflector offers maximum control over the light beam from this unique source. The lightweight, rigid grid tunnels the beam controlling spill, putting the light only where you want it. Instead of wasting your time flagging off unwanted light you can fix this grid to the reflector in seconds. It snaps in via a spring tab and is further secured by 4 touch-fastener tabs.
