Product description

• 800 Watt HMI DayLite Par This is a Mole Richardson 800 Watt HMI DayLite Par. The DayLite PAR is designed for cinema, TV and other media events where high output and daylight color balance are required to meet the challenge of ambient conditions. Fabricated from solid cast aluminum, it benefits from improved ventilation and features a Brytal Aluminum parabolic reflector which boasts 95% reflectivity. The fixture has been fitted with a swing out door for quick access to safety and igniter switches. Lamping is achieved via a hinged, locking front door which is fitted with a stainless safety screen that sits over the reflector. Tactile and visual focal indicators denote lamp position which can be tweaked when using the supplied lenses to optimize beam pattern.When fitted with an 800 watt HMI bulb and no lens, this fixture will throw a beam of light of 6010 foot-candles 1' in diameter from a distance of 20'. Mounting one of the four included lenses will alter the beam spread, and diminish the light output.

• 8" 4-Way Barndoor for Daylite PAR 575/800 HMI This Mole Richardson 8" 4-Way Barndoor for the Daylite PAR 575/800 HMI is made of matte black, non reflective aluminum, fits into the filter slots on the reflector and is rotatable. The four leaves can be positioned independently and fold upon themselves into a flat package for space-efficient storage.
• Narrow Lens Assembly for 575/800W HMI PAR - 8" This is a Mole Richardson Narrow Spread Lens assembly for the 575 and 800 Watt HMI PAR lights. It provides a much more narrow, intense beam when mounted on either fixture.
• Medium Lens Assembly for 575/800W HMI PAR - 8" This Mole Richardson Medium Lens Assembly snaps onto the front of a Mole Richardson 575 or 800W HMI PAR Head. It evens out the spread of the beam.
• Wide Lens Assembly for 575/800W HMI PAR This Mole Richardson Wide Lens provides a wider, slightly diminished beam of light than the fixture by itself when mounted to the front of a Mole Richardson 575 or 800W HMI DL PAR fixture.
• 8" Extra Wide Lens The Mole-Richardson 8" Extra Wide Lens is one of 4 lenses available for the Mole-Richardson Type 6621 575W and Type 6821 800W Daylite PAR fixtures. This lens changes the beam pattern into an extra wide flood light, which can be rotated within the diffuser clips for vertical or horizontal beam orientation.
• Lens Box for 8" Lenses for HMI DL-PAR 575/800 This Mole Richardson Lens Box for 8" Lenses for HMI DL-PAR 575/800 is a hard "roady style" protective shipping/storage case for lenses and accessories for the 575 or 800 watt HMI PAR lights.
• 8" Diffuser Frame for 575 Daylight PAR HMI The Mole Richardson 8" Diffuser Frame for the 575 Daylight PAR HMI slips into the channels alternately used for scrims or barn doors in front of the lens. The circular metal frame separates so that cut-to-size diffusion material or gel filters can be inserted.
• Full Single Scrim for 575W HMI PAR (8") This is a stainless steel Full Single Scrim for the Mole-Richardson 575W HMI PAR or any other fixture that accepts a 8" accessory. Scrims are metal screen mounted in metal frames. They are placed in front of a light to reduce light intensity. There are five different types of scrims. A Full Single covers the entire lightface and slightly reduces the intensity of the entire light beam. A Full Double has two metal screens in it, reducing light intensity by two times the amount of the full single. A Half Single covers half of the lightface reducing half of the light beams intensity. A Half Double reduces light intensity twice as much as the half single. Half scrims are used to balance the light intensity across an entire subject, when lighting a subject from an angle. A graduated scrim feathers the intensity of a light.
• Full Double Scrim for 575W HMI PAR (8") This is an 8" Full Double Scrim that fits the Mole-Richardson 575W HMI PAR or any other fixture that accepts an 8" accessory. • 800W Electronic AC Squarewave Ballast Like all electronic ballasts, the Mole-Richardson 800W Electronic AC Squarewave Ballast offers smaller size and weight, longer bulb life, and greater light intensity, compared to magnetic ballasts, and makes possible efficient, flicker-free HMI light.
• 50' Head Extension Cable for 575/800W HMI PAR This is a Mole Richardson Head Extension Cable for the Mole Richardson 575 or 800 Watt HMI PARS. It allows operation of the light an additional 50' from its ballast.
