Product description The Molescent Biax Series of fluorescent fixtures is created from a blend of lightweight polypropylene and aluminum. This Molescent houses 2 high output, 55w Biax fluorescent tubes, available separately, with on-board, flicker-free ballast, Phase Control dimming outlet and 2 power switches. Optional light shaping accessories, such as a louver, diffuser, filter frame and barndoor sets, are available separately. This is a 2- tube, 110 watt fluorescent fixture with yoke mount and 5/8" receptor. - Lightweight housing made of aluminum and polypropylene, with a black powder coated enamel finish.
Highly polished 95% reflective aluminum reflector. - Two separate rocker switches -- one for each 2 tubes.
- Other models are available -- 2-tube, 4-tube, 4-tube long, 8-tube and 8-tube long, with 2 mounting options, including studio-style yoke or Omni Mount rear mount style. Dimming options are local only, local with DMX, and Phase control outlets.
- Phase control dimming models allow the fixtures to be controlled by existing SCR or triac dimming systems.
