Product description The Mole Richardson Maxi-Spacelite is a modern MolePar that accepts six Par 64 bulbs oriented in a circular pattern to be used as a Spacelite. The optical design provides a similar horizontal light level output to a traditional 6,000 watt Spacelite, while increasing the vertical output by up to 1000 percent with silk sides and bottom. This fixture accepts Par 64 dual pin bulbs, available separately. Four choices of bulbs allow different spreads of light: very narrow spot, narrow spot, medium flood, and wide flood. The low profile yoke and integrated trapeze hanger allow for several mounting options including dead hang with rope, junior pipe clamp, junior stand and double pipe clamps (cyc-strip hangers). Optional light modification accessories include a White Skirt and Target (72936, 72937), which will create a side spread of light similar to a Lantern Light. When fitted with the white skirt, target, and six FFR medium flood 1000 watt bulbs, this fixture will provide 74 footcandles 14.3 feet in diameter from a distance of 20 feet, directly under the fixture. From a 45° angle, 25 footcandles are provided at 20 feet. The Black Skirt (72935) provides 78 footcandles 16 feet in diameter from 20 feet, with the same FFR bulb. - The Maxi-SpaceLite is compatible with all Type 7291 6K Spacelite accessories and incorporates stacking pins for easy transportation using the optional wheeled 6K Spacelite Cart.
- Rugged construction of solid and perforated sheet aluminum with clear anodized aluminum/maroon powder-coated enamel.
