• TweenieLED 100W 4.5" Fresnel (Tungsten) This is a tungsten-balanced Mole-Richardson TweenieLED 100W 4.5" Fresnel. Fresnels have been a staple in Hollywood since 1936 and little has changed except the use of better materials with more precise construction techniques.While nobody had a problem with the Fresnel's quality of light, heat and electrical draw was another story. It's why you see so many movie people walking around the set with heat-resistant gloves. And of course frying the talent could bring the production to a screeching halt. Then there are scrims - the only way to knock down the output without changing the color temperature.Enter the MoleLED Fresnel line. Apart from the black powder-coated finish, the TweenieLED head looks and performs the same as a legacy light allowing you to swap a standard light for a TweenieLED or mix them. In fact there's a retro-fit kit available to convert your old style light to an LED.On-board local 100 - 10% dimming means you'll probably be restricting your scrimming to half-scrims, saving you a lot of ladder climbing. Besides comfort, you'll be saving on air-conditioning and head running costs in the studio. The TweenieLED's maximum draw is 0.5 - 1.0A as compared to the legacy lamp's 1.7A - up to an 80% reduction in energy consumption. This means that you can run double the amount of LEDs as legacy lights without raising the temperature. Let's also consider the cost and downtime of re-lamping. LEDs last about 50,000 hours and are virtually maintenance-free.The 90-250 VAC TweenieLED has a 4.5" lens, passive cooling and aluminum alloy and steel construction. It has 22-degree to 56-degree spot to flood variation and a 5/8" receiver for standard Baby pins. The #18 AWG power cable is 25' long and ends in a NEMA 5-15 Edison (US) plug.

  MoleLED Technology
  • MoleLED Fresnels are powered by a proprietary, patent-pending Mole-Richardson Quantum Dot chip on-board LED module. The benefit of QD LED technology is the ability to specifically tune the visible wavelength at the nano scale which, in this case, allows for precise adjustment of the red spectrum without impacting the overall light output of the LED.
• 4-Way/4-Leaf Barndoor for 100W TweenieLED Fresnel The Mole-Richardson 4-Way/4-Leaf Barndoor is designed for use with the 100W TweenieLED Fresnel and helps to control light spill.
• Half Single Moledura Scrim for Tweenie, Betweenie (5 1/8") This Mole-Richardson Half Single Moledura Scrim is a metal screen mounted in a metal frame designed for the Tweenie, Betweenie, or any other fixture that accepts a 5 1/8" accessory. Scrims are placed in front of a light to reduce light intensity.
  
  There are four different types of scrims:
  • Full Single: This scrim covers the entire lightface and reduces the intensity of the entire light beam.
  • Full Double: This scrim covers the whole face of the light. It has two metal screens in it, reducing light intensity by two times the amount of the full single.
  • Half Single: This scrim only covers half of the lightface reducing half of the light intensity.
  • Half Double: This scrim is the same as the half single but reduces light intensity twice as much.
• Half Double Moledura Scrim for Tweenie, Betweenie (5 1/8") This Mole-Richardson Half Double Moledura Scrim fits the Tweenie and Betweenie or any other fixture that accepts a 5 1/8" accessory. Scrims are metal screens mounted in a metal frame. They are placed in front of a light to reduce light intensity.

• Diffuser Frame for Midget, Betweenie, Tweenie, DigiMole The Mole Richardson 40437A Diffuser Frame is used to mount and hold your gels and diffusion materials on the front of the Midget, Tweenie II, Inbetweenie, or any fixture that accepts a 5-1/8" (13 cm) accessory. Two rings open and close sandwich style and use push-pin type clips to keep them closed.
• Scrim Bag for 5-1/8" Scrims The Mole Richardson Scrim Bag stores up to 4- 5-1/8" diameter scrims. It has a touch-fastener closure and a handle.
• Litewate Kit Stand (8.7') This 8.7" Mole-Richardson Litewate Kit Stand is an ideal stand for use in kits with different sized lighting fixtures.

• 5812 Moleded Case The Mole-Richardson 5812 Moleded Case (Gray) is a heavy-duty, molded polyethylene case with interior dividers. It has a padded interior with lid-mounted straps to hold accessories. The case has compartments for 3 small light heads, grip accessories, and stands. It can be transported by a top mounted spring handle, a surface-mounted, spring-action side handle or the low-profile, built-in wheels. This is a replacement for the case supplied with a Mole-Richardson 5822 3-light Tweenie kit.
