Product description The Spark Distortion from Mooer is a distortion pedal designed to provide high-gain distortion tones for guitarists playing hard rock, metal, hardcore, and more.Controls are provided for high frequency emphasis (Tone), amount of gain (Gain), and output volume (Level). There is a two-position switch for the distortion mode. In Normal mode, the effect is traditional distortion with gain beyond overdrive. Boost mode increases the gain, enabling metal-style, high-gain distortion. Effect on/off status is indicated via white lighting.As with all Spark pedals, the Spark Distortion is compact, features true bypass switching, and has a metal enclosure. It is powered by a 9 VDC power supply (available separately). -
- Use Normal mode for traditional distortion
- Boost mode increases gain for modern, high-gain distortion tones
- Adjust the brightness of the sound via the Tone control
- Use the Gain control to set the amount of distortion gain
- Adjust the output level using the Level control
