Product description Keep in touch without the need for cell service with this pair of T280 Two-Way Radios from Motorola. These radios use FRS/GMRS channels, and have a range of up to 25 miles. The 22 channels and 121 privacy codes create 2662 unique combinations, so you will always have a clear channel. NOAA weather radio keeps you updated with real-time weather and alerts to warn of possible dangers. The Motorola T280 Radios feature channel scan functionality so you can quickly find a channel. Additionally, each radio supports iVOX and VOX hands-free communication. With iVOX you can communicate hands-free via the radio's speakerphone, while the VOX setting allows the user to communicate via earbuds or a headset. Select from 20 call tones to let other know it's you when you begin transmission. You can also choose a unique tone to transmit when you finish talking. Choose from the included NiMH rechargeable battery to power the radio for up to 12 hours, or use three AA batteries (sold separately) for up to 29 hours. The keypad lock prevents your personalized settings from being inadvertently changed by requiring a passcode to make alterations. This set comes with a Y cable adapter with dual micro-USB connectors, two belt clips, and two NiMH rechargeable batteries. -
