Product description This pair of blue and black Motorola Talkabout T800 two-way radios offers reliable communication on or off the grid when camping, hunting, skiing, or adventuring. The radios utilize the 462 to 467 MHz band with 22 FRS channels and 121 privacy codes per channel, and boast a range of up to two miles in urban settings, six miles in open water, and up to 35 miles in mountain-to-valley communications. The IPX4 rating ensures waterproof protection against rain, snow, and more. Use the 11 weather channels to stay informed of changing conditions. Bluetooth connectivity allows off-grid messaging and location sharing, as well as setup of features and settings via the downloadable TALKABOUT app, which works even without cellular service. Informative feedback includes keypad and call tones, VibraCall alert, NOAA weather alerts, and a low-battery alert. Use the included NiMH battery packs for up to 14 hours of power, or install AA alkaline batteries for up to 25 hours of operating time. The included cable allows for recharging of both radios using a standard wall outlet. A keypad lock prevents personalized settings from being inadvertently changed, and the built-in flashlight comes in handy when you need local illumination at night. Each T800 two-way radio is supplied with a belt clip and eight personalization stickers. - App Features
