Product description This B&H kit provides a basic cage and top handle consisting of a Movcam GH5 Cage Kit with Twist Handle and Riser Rail. The form-fitting cage protects your camera from the rigors of production and supports mounting accessories without stressing your camera's body. The lightweight yet strong and durable magnesium frame wraps your camera without impeding access to any of the camera's compartments or functions, and includes a removable Metabones adapter support. The design of the cage also locks your camera in tight, preventing it from twisting in the cage.
The 26 separate 1/4"-20 threaded accessory mounting points and cold shoe enables you to mount accessories. At the front of the cage is a row of forward-facing threaded screw holes. This is where the riser rail attaches using the two included 1/4"-20 slotted thumbscrews, so you can finger-tighten or use a slotted screwdriver to attach the rail to the cage. At the top of the riser is a NATO rail that you slide the Twist Handle onto, to mount a wide variety of accessories to the cage. - Movcam Panasonic GH5 Cage The Movcam Panasonic GH5 Cage provides form-fitting protection to your camera and supports mounting accessories without stressing your camera's body. Made from magnesium, the cage is both lightweight and rigid and allows full access to your camera's functions, battery, and SD card compartments. The front of the cage features two small raised tabs that secure your camera and prevents it from twisting inside the cage. It ships with a removable Metabones support attached, a support that interfaces neatly with the Arca-Swiss tripod plate.
Built into the cage are 26 separate 1/4"-20 threaded accessory mounting points as well as a cold shoe. This allows you to mount a wide variety of accessories to the cage. The Arca-Swiss tripod plate incorporates two 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes, enabling you to mount the QR tripod plate of your choice. The design of the cage permits the use of the Panasonic XLR audio adapter. - Functions and features of the camera remain available for use.

- Movcam Twist Handle for Select Movcam Cages The Movcam Twist Handle is a quick-release top handle designed for use with Movcam's GH5 and a7 II-series camera cages, attaching to the cage via an included short NATO rail. Once attached, the handle can be rotated by loosening a top thumbscrew, letting you set the desired grip angle/position. Tightening the screw locks the handle in place. For accessory mounting, the handle features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes, a single 15mm rod port, and two shoe mounts (one in front and one in back of handle).
