Product description The Movcam MM4 4 x 5.65" Clip-On/15mm LWS Rod-Mounted Matte Box can be used as a clip-on matte box useable with lenses that feature a non-rotating front and a maximum outer diameter of 130mm. If the front of your lens rotates while focusing or zooming, you can use the matte box by mounting it to 15mm rods. It features 2 non-rotating filter stages that accommodate filters up to 4 x 5.65" in size.
The matte box hood is constructed from carbon fiber so it is both lightweight and strong. Two ARRI-compatible rosettes, one on each side of the hood, allow you to connect accessories including handgrips. Incorporating a lockable top flag (eyebrow) hinge that allows you to precisely set the included top flag to cut flare and glare without intruding into the frame, this matte box helps provide protection to your image from stray light. - Clips onto lenses with non-rotating fronts with a front outer diameter up to 130mm.
- 15mm LWS rod clamps allow you to use the matte box on an optional rod support rig. This is useful when working with lenses that feature a rotating front.
- The built-in hinge allows you to mount the included top flag to the matte box. The hinge is lockable for precise control, and the top flag folds in half to save space during storage.
