Built with a 180° hinge, which allows it to lay flat on surfaces, the aluminum silver 15.6" P65 Creator Laptop from MSI is designed for creators of all types, including video editors, music producers, and everything in between. Constructed using a brushed aluminum chassis that is 0.69" thin and weighs 4.14 pounds, the P65 Creator is made to be where you are. This system is powered by a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7-8750H Six-Core processor, which can be overclocked to 4.1 GHz. The 16GB of 2666 MHz DDR4 RAM comes in a 1 x 16GB configuration and helps to ensure smooth multitasking and also allows the computer to quickly access frequently used files and programs. Using a 16GB module in each of the two 260-pin SO-DIMM slots, the system's memory can be upgraded to 32GB.
The 15.6" anti-glare IPS display features a Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and 100% sRGB and 72% NTSC color gamut coverage. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card has 4GB of discrete GDDR5 memory and delivers a sharp, clear picture. You'll also be able to output video to an external display at resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz using the system's mini DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI outputs. Up to two independent displays are supported.
For storage of your files, this P65 Creator is equipped with a 256GB NMVe PCIe M.2 SSD, and there is an additional M.2 slot for additional internal storage. If you want to add external storage, optical drives, memory card readers, and more, there is one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port and three USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports. Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac, 2x2) are built-in for wired and wireless networking, and Bluetooth 5.0 technology will also allow you to connect additional compatible wireless peripherals. Other integrated features include a 720p webcam, a fingerprint reader to authenticate and unlock your system using Windows Hello, an integrated mic, stereo speakers with Nahimic audio, and an 84-key backlit keyboard.
MSI's 15.6" P65 Creator Laptop includes a 180W Slim AC power adapter, or run the system using the 4-cell / 82Wh lithium-ion polymer battery, which lasts for up to 8 hours before recharging is required.
