Product description Built with a military-style armor design for a strong gaming foundation, the B450M Bazooka v2 AM4 ATX Motherboard from MSI supports 1st and 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen processors with Vega and Athlon graphics. This motherboard features Core Boost, which is an optimized power design that supports more cores, and DDR4 boost, which improves memory performance. Audio Boost provides immersive sound, while X-Boost improves the performance of storage drives, Intel Optane memory, and USB devices. Steel Armor fortifies the PCIe slots against heavy graphics cards. The B450M Bazooka v2 also features the AM4 socket and AMD B450 chipset, and it supports 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and 7.
The ATX form factor of the B450M can support dual-channel 3466 (OC), 3200 (OC), 3066 (OC), 2933 (OC), 2800 (OC), 2667, 2400, 2133, and 1866 MHz non-ECC, unbuffered memory, or ECC unbuffered memory that will run in non-ECC mode. Up to 64GB of memory is supported across four 288-pin DIMM slots, for a maximum of 16GB per slot.
The B350M Bazooka v2 has a total of four SATA III 6 Gb/s connectors and one M.2 Key M slot that supports both PCIe 3.0 x4 and SATA III M.2 2242, 2260, and 2280 storage devices. There are also six USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports (4 at back panel, 2 through internal connectors) and eight USB 2.0 Type-A ports (four at the back panel and four available via the internal connectors). Other features include the Realtek 8111H Gigabit LAN controller, one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, and two PCIe 2.0 x1 slots.
The B350M Bazooka v2 supports integrated graphics and is equipped with one HDMI 1.4 port and one DVI-D port. The HDMI port supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @ 30 Hz or 2560 x 1600 @ 60 Hz, while the DVI-D port supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz. Integrated graphics can access up to 2048MB of memory, or install a dedicated graphics card into one of the PCIe slots.
Using the Realtek ALC892 7.1-channel HD audio codec, the B350M can support analog audio using three integrated 3.5mm. Included are two SATA cables and protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.
