Product description The MTF Services Ltd. B4 To Sony FZ Package simplifies mounting optional 2/3" B4 mount ENG lenses on your Sony FZ mount camera. The package consists of a B4 to Canon EF Lens Mount Adapter, a Canon EF to Sony FZ Lens Mount Adapter, and a Lens Bridge Support. The B4 To Sony FZ package uses multi layer coated optics that maintains the quality of the image from your B4 mount lens, as it enlarges the image to cover the Super35 sized sensor of your camera.
The package properly orients the image to be right side up in your camera so you don't have to flip the image in post or operate the camera upside down. However, to accomplish this, you must engage the 2x extender in your ENG style lens, and there is a cost of 2.5 stops of light. MTF Services recommends using an HD lens designed to cover a 2/3" sized sensor with a 2X extender to ensure full coverage.
You can use the entire package to shoot with optional B4 mount lenses on your camera, or use only the B4 to Canon EF mount adapter on optional cameras with a Canon EF mount and APS-C sized sensor, such as the 7D or C-100.
