Product description The M501H from MustHD is a slim and compact on-camera monitor with an efficient design all around.
The monitor features a 5" LCD screen with an 800 x 480 resolution, and includes a solid plastic sunhood that folds out and neatly folds back in when not in use. in addition to how conveniently this sunhood works, it also protects your screen in storage. It can also be completely detached if you want it removed. On the rear, the M501H offers an HDMI input and HDMI output, and has HDMI cable clamps on both of these connectors to prevent accidental cable pullout.
A comprehensive variety of monitoring features includes Focus Assist, Histogram, and Pixel-to-Pixel for better setting your focus and exposure. With Focus Assist on, you can adjust the focus control until red indicator lines around objects in your image are sharp, which indicates optimal focus. For instant access to some of these tools, there are three assignable function buttons on the front panel. In addition, a function key controller is included for operating these three buttons remotely.
Also on the front panel you will find a built-in speaker and volume dial. On the side of the monitor is a headphone jack, and you can alternate between the speaker and headphones for monitoring audio.
The M501H comes with a Sony F970 battery plate but also supports optional D28S and dual LP-E6 battery plates. Also included is an AC adapter for continuous power. An optional MFO1 carry case for the monitor is also available separately. - Key Features
