Product description The MuxLab 500172 Active VGA Managed Repeater Hub is designed to extend the transmission of a VGA signal with stereo audio across 8 displays. Using CAT 5e/6cables, this repeater allows you to expand the display network, making it suitable for digital signage applications.
The Managed Repeater Hub amplifies and equalizes the received VGA signal and achieves quality transmissions up to 1000’ (305 m). It supports RS232 signaling so you can adjust video signal parameters such as gain, skew, and sharpness. Thanks to a local VGA port, you can monitor the quality of the video being transmitted. Typical applications of the Active VGA Managed Repeated Hub include digital signage, boardroom and multi-room applications, classroom training, electronic billboards, etc. - Extends transmission of a VGA signal with stereo audio signal via UTP cables up to 1000' (305 m) away
