Product description The MuxLab 500701 HD-SDI Balun allows HD-SDI signals to be transmitted up to 150’ (45 m) via a CAT5e cable at HD resolution in a point-to-point configuration. The HD-SDI Balun supports uncompressed transmission of up to 2.97 / 3 Gbps and unencrypted digital video (optionally including embedded audio and / or time code) within television facilities and between professional video equipment. - Supports SD, HD, and 3G resolutions
- Up to 150' (45 m) via CAT5e cable @ HD
- Up to 400' (120 m) via CAT5e cable @ SD
- Cast aluminum enclosure for EMI / RFI shielding
- Applications include video production, broadcasting, HD camcorder, studio-to-studio, post production, live events, medical imaging displays, mobile video, HD/SD routing, HD-CCTV, and medical imaging
