Product description The black AC-404 from MXL is a compact microphone designed to vastly improve the audio quality of voice over Internet applications like iChat and Skype. It sits flat on a surface such as a desk or a table and utilizes the reflections from the surface to capture sound. This makes it low profile visually, while dramatically improving its ability to pick up voices. It plugs into any standard USB 1.0 or 2.0 port and does not require additional software to operate. No batteries are required. A headphone/speaker jack is included on its rear panel.
