Product description The red and gold Genesis FET from MXL is a studio condenser microphone capable of capturing the details of a wide range of performances, from singers to raw rappers and more. It features a 6 micron diaphragm and a large gold-sputtered 32mm capsule. It features low noise FET circuitry and Mogami cable wiring to ensure clean, natural recordings. Solid state electronics are used to emulate the sound of the original Genesis tube mic. The mic features a cardioid polar pattern and can be powered using 48V phantom power. - Wide Frequency Response
- 20 Hz to 20 kHz to deliver fidelity within the full range of hearing
- Suspension Shock-Mount
- The included suspension shock-mount helps eliminate vibrations when mounting the mic to a stand.
- Pop Filter
- Comes with a pop filter to attenuate the energy of plosives or popping sounds during recordings.
- Wooden Box
- Includes a wooden box to protect the microphone during storage and transportation.
