Product description The Mix Pack 4 from myMix contains tools to provide individual stereo mixes and multi-track recording for four musicians. Four myMix units provide eight inputs to connect and label microphone (phantom power available) and line level sources. All devices get connected with a CAT5 cable (not included) to the TPE-S80 POE switch. To share the input signals with a console, the signal from DI-boxes can be split for line level and use y-cable (or a mic split box) for microphones. If more than four people are on stage, you can use a 4-channel headphone amplifier and share a mix. The TPE-S80 provides power for 8 myMix units, so four myMixes or a combination of three myMixes and an IEX16 input expander can be added to have more individual mixes and more audio channels available. - Personal Monitor Mixing & Multitrack Recording System The myMix Personal Monitor Mixing & Multitrack Recording System is a networked personal monitor mixing system that allows each user to create an individual local mix. The system is networked using standard Fast Ethernet (100Mb/s) switches. Each unit has 2 local inputs for microphone or line signals and a stereo master output..
The mixer unit is automatically detected on the network with its name and respective input channel. It can select individual audio channels from the network and mix up to 16 channels, which can be altered in volume, tone, panorama, solo, and mute. Internal effects (6 reverb presets) can be added to each input signal. The stereo output signal can be sent to the network and is available on the balanced 1/4" jacks and on a 3.5mm headphone jack. A 4-band fully parametric EQ is available for the output signal. All settings of the mixer are automatically stored in profiles. Users can record the local mix as well as the individual network signals in multi-track as time stamped 24-bit WAV files on an optional SD/SDHC card. Sessions can be played back and remixed. Play Along allows mixing local inputs and tracks from the SD card. This mixer unit is powered by the external PSU (power supply unit) or via POE (15W). The included imic stand adapter allows for easy mounting to the standard microphone stands. - Individual stereo mixes for each musician with up to 16 channels of audio
- Recording on 16 plus 2 channels, mixing on up to 16 channels, and playback on 16 channels
- Individual channel selection from the network
- Intuitive interface with full color LCD display
- Networked via standard or PoE Fast Ethernet switches
- Dual mic/line inputs with 48V phantom power
- Separate headphone and stereo line outputs
- Mounts easily to microphone stands with the included adapter
- Can be remotely controlled with the optional myMix CONTROL software
- TPE-S80 8 Port 10/100Mbps PoE Switch The TPE-S80 8 Port 10/100Mbps PoE Switch from TrendNet allows for easy convenient network configuration. You can take advantage of a variety of features that make this switch easy to setup and manage. Initially, the Plug and Play functionality gets you going with minimal setup needed. Once plugged in you can then take advantage of the Power over Ethernet capabilities of this switch. Power over Ethernet, or PoE, enables you to run power through the Ethernet cabling to compatible devices, eliminating the need for additional power sources.
The full duplex ports found on this switch enable consistent data transfer. Full duplex ports allow for simultaneous data transfer not only increasing data speeds but efficiency as data no longer has to wait to be transferred. The TrendNet switch gives you more ports, thus allowing for more connections. With an enhanced switching capacity you have the expanded ability to transfer more data faster.
With integrated LED indicators you no longer need to delve into the configuration settings of the switch to display its various aspects. The on-off switch allows for increased power efficiency, making it simple to turn off the switch when not in use. If you have non PoE devices connected to the switch, the switch automatically recognizes them, cutting the power to those devices to conserve power. - Power Over Ethernet
- Power over Ethernet or PoE technology describes a system to pass electrical power safely, along with data, over Ethernet cabling. The TrendNet PoE switch allows for Power Over Ethernet capability which in turn helps to reduce equipment cost by delivering data and power over existing network cables. By providing power over Ethernet cabling you now have the ability to utilize various components such as IP security cameras, network routers, network webcams, wireless access points, remote point of sale kiosks and a variety of devices compatible with power over Ethernet.
- 10/100Mbps Full Duplex PoE Ports
- The 10/100Mbps full duplex PoE ports found on the TrendNet Switch work by making simultaneous use of two physical pairs of twisted cable inside the jacket, wherein one pair is used for receiving packets while the other is used for sending packets. This effectively makes the cable itself a collision-free environment and doubles the maximum data capacity that can be supported by the connection. Some of the benefits of utilizing a full duplex configuration include increased efficiency, availability of full data capacity in both directions, and the eliminated need for nodes having to wait until others complete their transmission.
- Plug and Play
- Plug and play is a term used to describe the characteristics of a variety of computer devices and peripherals. The TrendNet Switch can be referred to as a plug and play device as there is minimal configuration necessary to get the device up and running.
- Diagnostic LEDs
- With diagnostic LEDs you have the ability to see the status of the network. With LEDs displaying power, link/activity, and PoE/status you no longer have to dig into the configuration settings of the switch to see just how well the switch is performing.
