Product description N-Vision Optics is a proud and true leader in the night vision industry. Behind their winning combination of technological competence and progressive thought lies the strength generated by unique manufacturing and mechanical design capabilities. Binocular night vision viewing offers a comfortable viewing experience full of depth and accurate perspective. The G15 Night Vision Goggle takes that concept one step further by completing this well engineered design from two GT-14 monoculars. Not only do you feel the experience of true stereoscopic viewing, you also get the light intensification performance from dual premium 3rd generation intensifiers manufactured in the USA by ITT. Depth perception and well detailed resolution are mission critical factors, and the G15 comes through in spades. Because this device is comprised of two individual night vision monoculars, you can easily separate the two so as to use them individually. Head or helmet mounting of the binocular is possible with the included headmount. The separated monoculars can also be head mounted with the appropriate attaching device. Weapon mounting a single monocular can be accomplished when the attaching rail mount is in place. Still or video recording is another possibility, when the included video adapter is installed and attached to your camera. The high performance and maximum versatility of the G15 night vision binocular are huge tactical advantages that will give you the edge you need to defeat your opponents and to overcome all obstacles. There are many variables that affect the distance that one can see with a night vision device; the object's size, ambient weather and lighting conditions, the level of detail needed for recognition, etc. The important factors to consider when evaluating any night vision device are the generation of the intensifier tube along with its specified resolution and s/n ratio. The magnification, clarity, and light transmission performance of the NVD's optics also contribute to its low/no-light performance capabilities. All NVDs sold by feature bright-light protection systems. However, this does not mean that bright light can/will not damage the device. Exposure to bright light compromises the longevity and performance of image intensifier tubes. Note: Export of this device described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State office of Defense Trade Controls, as prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITARzxqucveeaxaxddefrzvuyadwyuzfrsawfszfr), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulation, Parts 120-130, and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
