Product description The ALD-800 Assistive Listening Receiver Unit from Nady is a pre-tuned portable wireless receiver that operates on 72.3 MHz in the frequency radio band, with wideband modulation for high quality audio. This receiver can be used both outdoors and indoors in bright light without affecting performance.
Frequency stability is controlled by a phase locked loop synthesizer with crystal reference and accurate within ±.005% over 32 to 122°F. Its de-emphasis is 75 µs. The unit provides a 3.5mm headphone output jack mounted on the top panel.
This pocket-sized Nady receiver works in conjunction with the ALD-800T BB-channel transmitter (sold separately) and has adjustable volume control and comfortable, high performance earphones.
The ALD-800 receiver is powered by a 9V alkaline battery. It has an Off/On/volume control mounted on the top panel LED lamp to indicate battery strength, and an antenna is integral to the earphone cord. Mini binaural EB-800 earbud earphones are included with this unit. - Can be used with a single ALD-800T BB-channel transmitter
