Product description 7 All-In-One Portable Speaker Systems for Special Events and Parties Read More The IRW Wireless Microphone System from NADY SYSTEMS features IR (infrared) light transmission technology. It is suitable for conference/meeting rooms, classrooms, houses of worship, health clubs, small auditoriums, and other medium-sized venues. Other applications include home karaoke and similar entertainment uses. The system consists of an IRW-1PA single channel portable wireless PA with built-in IR receiver, 12W amplifier and speaker, in addition to the IR microphone. This wireless microphone can be used as an alternative to RF (radio) wireless mics for situations where RF congestion or privacy issues are a concern. - Self-contained IRW-1PA portable P.A. with built-in amplifier, speaker, and wireless microphone system, is designed for high performance and ease of use, with simple set-up and operation
- Designed for indoor use and well-lit areas. IR won't transmit through walls, so multiple IRW Series systems can be used in the same building (such as schools) without any interference. This system is also suitable for secure, exclusively in-room transmissions for privacy.
- For short-range (Approximately 40' (12.1m)) line-of-sight transmissions in a single room only with built-in IR wide-angle sensor arrays in the receivers. The range can be extended in any direction for 40' (12.1m) more with wall or ceiling mount remote IRW-1S sensor (sold separately), which connects to the receiver
- Built-in 12W (peak) audio amplifier and speaker
- Single channel receiver infrared operation
- High IR reception sensitivity, with built-in multiple wide-angle IR LED sensor arrays
