Product description The SPA 1400 from Nady is a professional power amplifier that offers reliable performance and terrific versatility in a compact rackmount design. The amplifier can operate in stereo, parallel, or bridged mono modes to meet the demands of a variety of applications. It offers XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs along with Neutrik Speakon and binding post outputs, allowing you to connect to a wide variety of sound devices and systems. Parallel output connectors let you daisy-chain multiple amplifiers for additional power.
In order to deliver the best sound and reliability possible, the amplifier is equipped with a ground-lift switch and a 30Hz low-cut filter to eliminate low frequency hum. A defeatable clip limiter prevents audio from distorting. A complete array of protection circuitry includes a soft-start turn on, noise-free on/off, DC offset, DC and thermal overload protection, DC servo operation, short circuit and speaker protection, and a current limiter. All of these functions protect your amplifier and your speakers from damage and keep them operating smoothly. A variable-speed cooling fan with back-to-front airflow keeps internal components from overheating. - Durable steel chassis fits in a standard equipment rack
