Product description Conduct your explorations using the National DCX-214-RLED Wi-Fi Microscope with 1.3MP Camera. This microscope offers a 30° inclined monocular viewing and 360° rotating head. Its objectives (4x, 10x, 40xR, and 100xR) are located on a rotating turret with a ball bearing mount and feature achromatic lenses which reduce color distortion and deliver images with higher sharpness and true color. The 100xR objective requires immersion oil to achieve maximum resolution and to protect the objective from crashing into your slide when focusing. The parfocalled and parcentered opto-mechanical design allows for switching objectives without having to realign or refocus your samples. Both the turret and the included objectives adhere to the DIN microscope objective standard, which means that any additional DIN-compatible objective will fit your microscope seamlessly. For comfort and ergonomics, the scope offers a coaxial focusing system with fine and coarse adjustment knobs. Another highlight of this optic is a built-in 1.3MP digital camera with an integrated Wi-Fi transmitter. The Wi-Fi capability allows you to make observations and to transmit images and videos to your devices instantly and without the need of messy cables. The link could be established through your computer's browser or using Apple or Android devices via the free MotiConnect app. To provide bright, high-contrast images regardless of external lighting conditions, the device has an LED illumination system with adjustable brightness and a built-in 1.25 NA Abbe condenser. Using the iris diaphragm, located underneath the stage, you will be able to tune image contrast while using different magnifying powers.
To provide enough room for holding your samples, the microscope has a 5.25 x 5.25" mechanical stage with adjustable height, a lockable slide bracket, and a precision X-Y motion. For strength and precision, the frame of the microscope is made of cast metal with a gray enamel finish. - Optical System
