Product description Use the NcSTAR 3/4" AR Quick Release Rail Mount Riser with low-mounting optics to add extra height off the rail for a more comfortable cheek rest and shooting position.The long 5.3" length is ideal for long guns or larger optics like scopes that require two rings or NVDs, and its quick release lever on the rail mount allows you to quickly and easily remove and reinstall the riser and optic without having to re-zero. The riser is outfitted with a Picatinny/Weaver rail and mount to make it compatible with most AR and M4 platforms. Updated from its first iteration, this second generation model has a hollow channel down its length to reduce weight and, on certain configurations of rifles, can give you access to the front iron sight. The system is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy treated with a scratch-resistant low-reflectivity matte black anodized finish.
