Product description Designed for both long-distance shooting and close-range targeting, the NcSTAR 3-9x42 Ultimate Sighting System Generation II Riflescope with Micro Dot Optic pairs a Mark III Tactical riflescope and red dot sight in one versatile combo. The hard anodized aluminum scope features a bullet drop compensator turret, calibrated for M193 5.56 55g FMJ ammo, that makes impact point correction fast and easy. The scope's centerline is set at 1.5" for a comfortable and natural cheek weld on an AR platform. No rings are needed—the scope attaches and detaches with a locking quick release mount with recoil lug for Picatinny and Weaver rails.
The scope's 3-9x magnification range is suited to most hunting situations, and the generous 42mm objective lens admits plenty of light for a bright picture, even at dusk and dawn. Fully multi-coated lenses assure optimal light transmission. Along with the BDC turret, which is marked in 100-yard increments, the Mark III Tactical is equipped with standard elevation and windage dials. The P4 Sniper reticle lights up in green or blue, with three brightness levels; the reticle can also be used in black with the light off.
The Red Micro Dot Reflex Optic allows for both-eyes-open, situationally aware close-quarters targeting. With 1x magnification, unlimited eye relief, and a wide-open field of view, it's easy to get the red dot on your target quickly. The Micro Dot is 1.4" high, 1.1" wide, and weighs under 2 ounces in use. - Optical Performance
