Product description With rounded ends to reduce the snag hazard and more mounting/ventilation holes, the updated second version of the NcSTAR AR Handguard Rail gives you the ability to add a lower Picatinny/Weaver mounting rail for your AR and M4 rifle platform. It is designed to match the taper of the stock handguard so the accessories you mount on it will run parallel to the rifle's bore for easier zeroing of lasers, and more accurate sighting of lights and illuminators. This is also an ideal way to easily add handles and other accessories that improve stability and aiming accuracy. The rail is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy treated with a scratch-resistant low-reflectivity matte black anodized finish.
