Product description The Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter from NewerTech is a simple video adapter designed for Mini DisplayPort-equipped systems such as the MacBook and MacBook Pro. With it, you'll be able to connect your device to an external display or projector, up to a resolution of 1920 x 1200, for larger viewing and enhanced multitasking. Mini DisplayPort is also compatible with Thunderbolt, which increases the amount of compatible devices. HDMI connections support both video and audio, but not all systems are supported. Please check with the manufacturer for a complete list. -
- Supports HDMI 225 MHz/2.25 Gbps per channel (6.75 Gbps total) bandwidth.
- Supports HDMI Deep Color 12-bits per channel (36-bit color depth).
- Supports uncompressed digital LPCM 7.1, 5.1 or 2 channels and compressed digital bitstream (Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD Master Audio) through HDMI input.
