Product description Breathe new life into your old drives with the NewerTech USB Universal Drive Adapter. If you have any old hard drives, optical drives, or removable media drives, you can use this adapter to easily access them on your computer to store or transfer files. This adapter features three connections, a Serial ATA (SATA), 3.5"/5.25" ATA/IDE, and 2.5" IDE/ATA.
Simply plug in your old drive into the corresponding connection, then plug the adapter into an available USB port on your desktop or laptop computer. The adapter supports USB 3.0, 2.0, and 1.1 ports with a maximum data transfer rate of up to 300 MB/s. This adapter supports all brands of hard drive up to 4TB in size.
