Product description The Night Detective HyperBeam Legion 3W is a waterproof flashlight that produces a concentrated beam of light that can penetrate water and illuminate objects on the bottom. Through the use of special optics and electronics the Legion 3W is able to generate a narrow beam that shows up as a perfectly circular illumination ring with uniform brightness. Because there is no side-spill the light travels further and provides greater contrast. Another benefit of a narrow beam is that the light doesn't shine on side objects and that way doesn't draw unwanted attention to the person shinning the light. Made of a machined aluminum alloy this light offers long term dependable operation. - Waterproof
