Product description Night Optics eliminates the need to carry separate scopes for day and night with the versatile and easy to use 2x Panther 336 Thermal Riflescope. The system can be set to detect ambient light and automatically switch to thermal mode when you need it, with a manual mode if you require more control. Independent reticle control lets you choose from two configurations and five colors to tailor it to your preferences and the situation. The scope has a 2x optical magnification and up to 4x digital zoom, for a maximum magnification of up to 8x. A dedicated zoom button makes it easy to choose the precise magnification required for close, medium and long range targets.The Panther features a 336x256 VOx II microbolometer to detect thermal signatures. Its 600x800 AMOLED displays black-hot, white-hot, or sepia, with seven different color schemes. A video-out port provides the ability to connect an external display or recording device. The scope can detect activity out to as much as 4900', with the ability for identification at 1000'. The versatility of the Panther allows you to go after your favorite game in all light conditions, with special attention at dawn and dusk when many game animals are most active, but visibility is limited. - Imaging Performance
